Erie Gives

Welcome to GECAC's Erie Gives campaign! For more than 60 years, GECAC has been helping individuals and families across Erie County overcome challenges and achieve greater stability, independence, and opportunity. Through programs that support seniors, children, families, job seekers, and those facing financial hardship, we work every day to strengthen Erie County. Erie Gives is an opportunity for you to join that mission. Your donation stays local and helps provide critical services that improve lives and create lasting change. Together, we can ensure that everyone in our community has the opportunity to thrive.

What is Erie Gives?

Spearheaded by the Erie Community Foundation, Erie Gives rallies the entire community to donate to their local non-profits of choice. You can be a philanthropist with a gift of just $25 or more. Make your gift to GECAC online, by phone, or by mail with a check.

• Mail your check to the Erie Community Foundation no later than Tuesday, August 4

Donate By Stock or Through Your IRA- Today until August 4^th

Donors can make their Erie Gives contributions through a stock transfer or a distribution from their IRA

• Please get in touch with your professional advisor or banker for assistance
• Transfer of stock or IRA distribution must be initiated with your custodian and directed to The Erie Community Foundation no later than Tuesday, August 4^th
• Checks must be accompanied by the Erie Gives Check Form in the link below
• The transfer of stock or distribution from your IRA must match the total amount indicated on your contribution form
