The Greater Erie Community Action Committee (GECAC) is seeking a partner to facilitate an evaluation of Erie County's Summer JAM program. Interested applicants may view the proposal package below. All proposals are due by Noon on April 10, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.
