The Greater Erie Community Action Committee (GECAC) is accepting quotes from qualified commercial roofing contractors for the RB Wiley Charter School Roof Replacement Project located on East Lake Road in Erie, Pennsylvania.

The project includes commercial roof replacement services, including potential full tear-off and recover/layover roofing system options, drainage improvements, flashing and sheet metal work, insulation upgrades, and related roofing services.

In addition to the roof replacement scope, GECAC is also accepting separate alternate bids for the demolition and removal of the existing boiler system at the RB Wiley Charter School. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the full RFQ package for alternate bid requirements and submission instructions.
