The Pennsylvania Department of Aging offers this fall risk screening and prevention program to adults 60 years of age and older. The program is designed to raise awareness of falls, introduce steps on how to reduce falls, improve overall health, and provide referrals and resources. The program is taught by Certified Workshop Leaders. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Our popular Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program and Walk With Ease Program are run by certified leaders. Numerous exercise classes are available and designed to improve your joint function, increase strength and balance, reduce pain and inflammation, and gain a sense of well-being. Our fun classes are effective and offer you an opportunity to socialize. Our senior centers offer different programs as well as other classes.
