CASE MANAGER, WORK READY, FULL TIME

June 4th, 2021

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, candidate will provide client services and assistance for direct case management and technical assistance, facilitate appropriate referrals to additional support services to help them identity and resolve issues, work with the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) with on-going counseling, advocacy, job development, placement and retention.

 Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of the casework field required, knowledge of social services in the community a plus.  Good human relations skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.  Must have a basic computer systems proficiency and be willing to work a flexible schedule.

 Must have or be willing to secure current Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances or have them issued within the past 5 years.

 Salary: $14.32 – $15.50/hour depending on experience.
