Residency Requirements The hiring of any non-resident of Pennsylvania requires the decision of the Management Committee of the Board Directors.

Current Openings

Head Start Teacher Assistant/Aide
Full time, the successful candidate will have an understanding of good Early Childhood practices to assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool age children.  

Assistant will possess an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a minimum of fifteen (15) college credits in Early Childhood Education & one (1) year experience working in a preschool environment.  Aide will possess a High School Diploma or GED.  Bring to interview:  Original/current Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances, three (3) written references from someone you have known for five (5) or more years & an official, sealed college transcript.  

Requires a physical exam, and TB mantoux test/chest x-ray.  Must meet Immigration Law requirements. $11.88 to $13.33/hr., based on prior related experience
