Cook (Albion, PA)
Part-time, 16-hours/week (Mon-Thurs 8:30 am-12:30 pm). Prepare/pack meals in accordance with portion requirements. Maintain required meal temperature, cleanliness of kitchen & equipment & observe standards of health, sanitation in testing & food handling.
High School Diploma/GED or two (2) years of related experience. Must pass pre-employment physical examination, TB & drug test; annual physical exam, bi-annual TB test & random drug & alcohol testing thereafter. Ability to lift and carry 50-lbs. Must have current Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances issued within the previous 12-months with updated clearances submitted every 36-months & meet Immigration Reform Act requirements.
Provide three (3) written references from someone you have known for five (5) years. Please bring references/clearances to the interview. Minimum $8.35/hr.
This position performs a variety of fiscal accounting duties requiring moderate exercise of initiative and judgment. Must be able to follow established standard financial procedures in the following areas; Accounts Payable/Receivable, purchasing, cash management and other related general accounting/financial areas. Will verify and enter details of transactions to accounts and cash journals from source documentation. Will monitor checking accounts to ensure cash is available for invoices needing to be paid. Reviews accuracy of monthly financial statements for individual programs and makes sure they are balanced. Reconciles agency bank statements as assigned. Prepares internal and external reports as assigned.
Prepares inter-agency billing based on established cost allocation policies. Maintains Agency inventory records and conducts physical inventory as assigned.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience is preferred.
Position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Pay range is $14.50/hr to $17.12/hr based on related experience. Requires current Act 34 Clearance. Must meet Immigration Law requirements.
