Associate Vice President/Operations
Applications are being accepted for an Associate Vice President/Operations at GECAC. This position will assist the Vice President/Operations in the operational functions of the agency’s service delivery systems and will develop and implement the agency’s overall donor development and communication strategies. The well qualified candidate will have a Master’s Degree in the concentration of communications, public administration, organizational leadership or related field and/or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification. The successful candidate will possess a four (4) year Bachelors degree in fundraising, communications or organizational development, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years experience working in progressively more difficult positions in administration & management is required.
The candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written & oral with the ability to influence & engage a wide range of donors & build long-term relationships. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong organizational & time management skills with exceptional attention to detail; effectively use Microsoft products with experience in databases, such as Access & SQL; and demonstrate an ability to comprehend & understand Agency policies, procedures & practices as well as funding source governing regulations.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a valid PA Driver’s license with full-time access to automobile & appropriate auto insurance as required. Must meet Immigration Reform Act requirements & MUST have Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances. Excellent salary & benefit package.

DRIVER
Substitute Bus Driver - $10.15/hr. Works as needed. PA CDL School Bus License, with minimum of Class C P and S endorsements.
Substitute Van Driver - $8.61/hr. Works as needed. Valid PA drivers license.
All Driver positions require High School/GED, safe driving record, 3 or more years driving experience. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, pass pre-employment drug test, physical exam and TB test as required. Must have Act 33 and 34 clearances.
