Current Openings

Cook (Albion, PA)

Part-time, 16-hours/week (Mon-Thurs 8:30 am-12:30 pm).  Prepare/pack meals in accordance with portion requirements.  Maintain required meal temperature, cleanliness of kitchen & equipment & observe standards of health, sanitation in testing & food handling.

High School Diploma/GED or two (2) years of related experience.  Must pass pre-employment physical examination, TB & drug test; annual physical exam, bi-annual TB test & random drug & alcohol testing thereafter.  Ability to lift and carry 50-lbs.  Must have current Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances issued within the previous 12-months with updated clearances submitted every 36-months & meet Immigration Reform Act requirements.  

Provide three (3) written references from someone you have known for five (5) years.  Please bring references/clearances to the interview.  Minimum $8.35/hr.

Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Coordinator
Full time, provides leadership & work collaboratively with the child care partners to ensure infants, toddlers & families receive high quality comprehensive services.  Monitors, trains & supervises EHS-CCP family advocate staff. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Services, Human Services or related field.  Three (3) years experience working with families & children ages 0-3.  Experience in program management & employee supervision preferred.  Current Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances, three (3) written references from someone who has known you for five (5) years & an official sealed college transcript.  Requires valid PA Driver’s License, full-time access to private automobile, auto insurance, pass physical exam, TB test or chest x-ray.  Must meet Immigration Law requirements.  Salary range $18.56 to $19.25, based on prior related experience.

Head Start Family Advocate 
Full-time, the successful candidate will recruit, enroll & provide daily case management services to families with children enrolled in the Head Start program.

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field.  One (1) year related professional work experience with preschool age children & families.  Knowledge of community resources preferred to connect families with services to achieve their goals. Bring to interview: Original/current Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances, three (3) written references from someone you have known for five (5) or more years & an official college transcript.

Requires PA Driver’s License, full-time access to private automobile, required auto insurance, a physical exam & TB mantoux test/chest x-ray.  Must meet Immigration Law requirements.  $14.50/hr.
