Under the supervision of the Program Manager, candidate will conduct client assessments to evaluate the eligibility and needs of the individual/family, provide direct case management, emergency assistance and appropriate referrals to additional support services to help them identity and resolve issues and minimize the impact from crisis.
Bachelor's Degree or (4) years related work experience is required, knowledge of social services in the community a plus. Requires good human relations skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Microsoft Teams. The ability to operate a computer in a Windows 10 environment is essential. Familiarity with Zoom, PDF editing software, as well as experience effectively working remotely are desired. Must have enough knowledge to successfully complete the technical skills of the position.
Must be willing to secure or have current Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances issued within the past 5 years.
Salary: $14.32 – $15.50/hour depending on experience.
