Work Certified® is a national program that offers customized soft skills and work readiness training to meet the ever-changing needs of a dynamic workforce.

Soft skills training for new and current employees play an important role in building positive attributes, such as stronger work ethics and communication skills that impact the day-to-day operations of a business.

Work Certified® offers work readiness training modules of key business-focus areas to prepare students for their work ready certification. The program is designed to address work readiness, employability, professional behavioral skills, communication, and work ethics, allowing participants to gain the needed soft skills to be successful in the workplace.

Soft Skills

Customizable Training

The program is customizable to meet the needs of the client. 

  1. In order to earn the Work Certified credential, participants need to complete all nine modules.
  2. Employers can choose specific modules. Employees will earn Certificates of Completion.

Delivery Methodology

The course delivery methodology is flexible to accommodate in-person classroom time, video conferencing, as well as individual study online. Blended course delivery using a learning management system enhances instruction without losing the engagement that in-person classes provide.

Credential Earned

Recognized certificate indicating courses completed and validating work readiness. 

Fee

The fee per person will be based on class size and the number of modules chosen for the training. Please speak with the Program Director to plan your customizable training to meet your employee's needs.
