Qualified applicants will performs secretarial /clerical functions for the ECRSSA Program. A Comprehensive understanding of programmatic and functional area in order to prepare reports and maintain files and records. Operates a variety of office machines inclusive of computer equipment. Receives regular supervision from ECRSSA Program Manager.
The Client/Office Coordinator position is to assist with client follow-up, thus allowing case manager to focus on providing active services to the ECRSSA clients. The Client/Office Coordinator also will assist answering phone inquiries, greeting clients who walk-in for services and conducting resume preparation services.
Required:
High School Diploma. Specialized training a plus. Preference to those able to keyboard accurately and proficiently in order to maintain an acceptable speed of at least 40 CWPM; edit and proofread business documents. Proficient in the use of the computer/laptop and have computer/laptop software skills including Microsoft Office software. Good interpersonal skills to work with individuals internal and external. Good organizational skills. Ability to maintain a filing system alphabetically and numerically.
Must have both good verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule; meet immigration law requirements. Due to the likelihood of working with children under the age of 18, these positions must comply with PA Child Protective Services requirements. Must provide Act 33 & 34 and FBI Clearances.
