As the Chief Executive Officer of GECAC, I am proud to follow in the footsteps of the late R. Benjamin Wiley and will hold the Agency to the standard of excellence that has been GECAC's legacy. As GECAC's Board Chairman for the past 5 years and a Board member for 18 years, I have had the opportunity to work side-by-side with Mr. Wiley and share his vision of making the Erie Community a better place to live and work. I look forward to continuing the work of GECAC and its service to the Erie Community.
