Danny J. Jones, Chief Executive Officer
Danny Jones was appointed CEO on March 6, 2017. He recently retired as the director of student services and homeless liaison for Erie’s Public Schools but started his career as a drug and alcohol counselor for GECAC where he was one of the first certified prevention specialists in Pennsylvania. Mr. Jones brings a deep understanding of GECAC through his volunteer service as former chairperson, vice chair and treasurer of GECAC’s board of directors.
Georgia Del Freo, Vice President/ Operations
David Gerber, Vice President/ Finance
David Gerber began his career at GECAC in 1995 serving in various positions within the Finance Department. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Finance in 2017, he spent the previous 15 years as the agency’s Associate Vice President/Financial Operations. He is responsible for the management of the agency’s financial department ensuring compliance with the federal, state, and local laws as well as compliance with all funding source requirements and regulations. The department is also responsible for all financial reporting, payroll processing and vendor payments.
Bettie J. Vincent, Vice President/ Human Resources
Bettie J. Vincent joined the agency in 1968 and served in various management positions prior to becoming Vice President of Human Resources in 1975. She is responsible for overseeing the agency personnel policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. The department also is responsible for recruitment of personnel, maintenance of employee records, overseeing staff performance and conduct, compensation and employee benefit management, and report compliance.
